An issue that freshers face after college is to search for jobs if they have not got placed from their college. Freshers then have to wander here and there in search of jobs. However, there are number of freshers job vacancies available in small companies as well as reputed companies.
All freshers need to do is to regularly search through job portals and keep a check on “career special” of different newspapers. This would keep them informed about job vacancies in different companies and give them an edge over other aspirants.
Freshers also need to brush up their skills and abilities during their job search process and also prepare themselves well for the tests that are conducted by companies to recruit freshers. While their resume has to be well-organized, crisp and methodical, their communication skills should also be up to the mark.
